BC Massage Spa Nashville Recommendations
If you are new to BC Massage Spa Nashville and new to massage all together, we recommend that you get a 60 minute stress relief massage. With a stress relief massage, you will get a massage that will work on most parts of your body with a moderate amount of pressure. For people that are interested in a deeper relaxation, you should get the 90 minute stress relief massage. The 90 minutes not only allows the therapist to work on all your body, but it also allows the therapist to spend more time on areas that might require more work.
If you are a more seasoned massage enthusiast, you might want to try some of the specialty massages that can be offered which include the Ashiatsu Massage, the Four Hand Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Thai Massage and others. You should keep in mind that all sessions are best if done in 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions. Any amount of time less than that limit the therapists ability to thoroughly work on any trouble spots you might be having.
We thank you for taking the time to visit BC Massage Spa Nashville and we hope you make us your massage therapy studio of choice!
